A dense, chocolate sponge cake is topped with tart cherry ganache, and sprinkled with freeze dried cherry pieces for an extra burst of flavor. Perfect for sharing with friends and family, this 9 inch round cake pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee.

Once the cake has been opened and cut into it should ideally be eaten within 2-4 days as it will unfortunately start to dry out. 

I can be covered and stored in the refrigerator but should be brought up to room temperature before eating. If possible, protect the cut surfaces with cling film or baking parchment.

I can also be frozen for up to 1 month if you can't finish me all at once!
