This 7 inch lemon curd sponge cake is a classic treat. Expertly handmade, it has a light and fluffy round sponge cake base and is filled with a tangy lemon curd and creamy vanilla buttercream, making this delicious dessert a perfect accompaniment to your favourite cup of tea.

Salted butter, (25%), range eggs, sugar, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), icing sugar, lemon curd (9%) (free range eggs, sugar, salted butter, lemon juice), water, baking powder.

I will arrive with at least a 6 day shelf life left so you can enjoy me for longer!

Please store me in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight, a bread bin in a cupboard or pantry is the perfect place!

I can also be frozen for up to 1 month if you can’t eat me all at once!
